6. Payment Terms

Payments are due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Client-incurred expenses are billed separately.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of client information and use it solely for providing agreed Services. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain obligated to pay for services rendered prior to termination. We may suspend or terminate access to our website for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province.
